Job Overview
We are looking to add a few Bartenders to our brewery team in preparation for summer.
Available Shifts
Monday- Thursday
2pm-8pm (closing
Fri & Sat
12pm-6pm (opening)
4pm-10pm (closing)
Sunday
12pm-5pm (opening)
3pm-8pm (closing)
Responsibilities
- Become knowledgeable in our 10 different brands we have on tap.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Square POS.
- Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as required.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience settings is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Ability to lift and move kegs as necessary.
- Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- A passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service.
